We know that trust is important and that your space may have confidential information, high value equipment, or even cash laying around. At Pinnacle, we run a national background check on every employee and have dedicated managers that train, check, and inspect, all of our cleaning staff. Trust is our first priority.

Accidents are rare, but we’re fully insured and stand behind our work if something happens, we make it right.
Poor quality of work
All of our cleaners use the SWEPT app on their smart phone and are able to follow detailed cleaning checklists so nothing is overlooked. Our managers also perform regular quality checks to keep standards high and retrain when we see that a cleaner is not performing as expected.
High turnover
Turnover is inevitable in this business! We assign staff to your building to maintain consistency, whenever possible. When change is necessary, we have a system for a smooth transition. Our “floaters” and managers are trained to step in and provide a seamless service until a new cleaner is fully trained and ready to take over.
Who do I call if there is an issue?
